HeeSun Lee a prominent Christian artist, rapper, and poet on the East Coast.was born in Seoul, Korea, but was placed into foster care right after. She was adopted four months later and sent to Staten Island, N.Y., to live with adoptive parents. She has written stories since 13, that matured into poems, then songs.

HeeSun has stated that Hip-hop has been apart of her life since junior high and several of her influences were Tupac, Warren G, and Will Smith. At the age of 15-years-old, her interest in God was sparked after losing her grandmother, an influential figure in her life.
