Congratulations to all parents (regardless of what kind) that are blessed enough to have a gift from almighty God called “Child”. This statement from gifted artist Ne-yo really disturbed me:

“I have a friend. Not a girlfriend. She’s carrying my child but knows I can’t commit. She doesn’t mind other women.” [SOURCE]

Children are a blessing from God. We as a nation are allowing our own selfish acts to “evolve” an already effective mold for raising children. Pleasure or a moment of passion seems to be the way a lot of children are being conceived. We’ve got movies and actors warped since of family being broadcast all over the world. Families with homosexual, non-married, or casual sex partner parents are being deemed acceptable as long as there is love and most importantly a paycheck.

Can someone tell me when God’s way from the beginning (Nuclear Family, mother, father, committed till death) needed to evolve? Can someone tell me what was broken about this setup? Truthfully no one can argue about the effectiveness of God’s original plan, we have just decided to take the easy way out and “evolve” because God’s way is unpopular. We decided to give up on something perfect because imperfect people screw it up and leave behind emotionally damaged children told its going to be o.k., you’ll adapt, grow up, we tried to make it work, etc…

As God instructed His people, I believe in the old testament, we are supposed to share who God is, who we are as his children, and the great miracles he has performed on earth with our own offspring. To bring this principle to our time, we are supposed to testify to our children our own personal testimonies of who God is in our everyday lives. At the rate we are going, we are raising up a godless generation, made to believe there is not standard of living besides the one they make up to make it thru life. What a pitiful, hopeless, confusing and frustrating way to grow up. Here are a couple of scriptures that relate to this subject:

Proverbs 22:6
Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.

Ephesians 6:4
Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

Titus 2:4
Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children,

Children deserve better and I and my wife are among many that will set aside selfishness, and give it to them. The question is will you? Take the red pill and join the movement.
