I recently just saw and had a chance to speak with Bishop Walter Hawkins and like every time I’ve seen him before he encouraged me to stay my course and to continue to work in excellence. Bishop was always ready to help anyone he could and would take time to hear what you had to say. He was a pioneer and innovator far beyond his time. The Hawkins have been making music well beyond my lifespan and to this day you can hear their music and influence throughout all gospel. Sad that we only make mention of our treasures upon their departures but nevertheless RP Movement thanks God for Bishop Walter Hawkins and all he has done for the body of Christ.
