Brave (adj) – ready to face and endure danger or pain; showing courage  

This is what men of today are missing. I think that women and their pursuit of equality is righteous, but it should not emasculate men. Men have been fashioned by God to conquer and defend what is most important to them. Bravery is summoned from the depths of man’s soul and brings out the best in him.

Countries are defended, families are protected, and unprecedented levels of unselfishness are displayed when men are placed in certain situations. Our culture has taken away opportunities for men to display bravery and instead replaced it with foolishness. We need to reintroduce the concept of bravery and attach it to concepts like fatherhood, work, husband, etc… We need to glamorize these concepts that same way we’ve done with thug, incompetence, absent father, drunk, etc…
