Hopefully the title of this blog gets your attention. Oral sex was a taboo practice but that standard has drastically changed. Youth, because of the exposure to porn and plenty more opportunity, are experimenting with sex earlier. Oral and anal sex have been on the rise as preferred methods of stimulation because it preserves ones “virginity”. Casual sex has also become more prevalent among the adult generation as well. One night stands are the foundation for most reality shows and are an increasing occurrence among people.

Let’s look at the wisdom of the scriptures.

Hebrews 13:4 (Amplified Bible)
4Let marriage be held in honor (esteemed worthy, precious, of great price, and especially dear) in all things. And thus let the marriage bed be undefiled (kept undishonored); for God will judge and punish the unchaste [all guilty of sexual vice] and adulterous.

Abstaining until marriage is a possible feat, we have just accepted casual sex as a standard. If man can travel to the moon, build microchips, and restrain from breaking laws, man can wait to have sex. Think about it from a practical standpoint. The spread of disease, the number of abortions, and premature emotional hurdles would be greatly decreased if sex was practiced God’s prescribed way. Sex, a creation of God, has boundaries. It is to be fully enjoyed and beautifully expressed between a man and woman in a life long commitment of marriage. The consequences of sex in an ungodly setting are undeniable but ignored. They are ignored because we don’t allow God to empower us thru study, prayer, and support. They are ignored because sex can be a powerful vice and a dirty little, twisted secret when it is used to fulfill sick inhumane fantasies.
